Reservations, Cancellation and Return Policy

| Seasonal rentals require a $400 deposit at time of booking |

| 6 month or longer rentals require 1 months rent security deposit at time
of booking |

|
100% rental fee due at or within 90 days of reservation

|
$50 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposit refunded if cancellation notice is received 90 days or more before reservation

|
No refund if less than 90 days notice prior to arrival is given or for
early departures

|
Does not include a $88.00 cleaning fee
|
|
|
Does not include a 12.5% state and county resort tax
